Rick Bott, Chief Executive Officer

Rick began Merri-Makers as a store front deli in 1978 and has spearheaded its growth to its present status as New Jersey’s pre-eminent catering company. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, his visionary style now finds our company a private label food provider for some of the nation’s most recognizable companies as well. His commitment to outstanding food and service has kept him successful for over 30 years and has made Merri-Makers a household name.

Bill Burrows, President

Bill joined Merri-Makers as VP of Operations in 1986 and has risen through the ranks to become President of our Company. He oversees and has responsibility for the financial and operations aspects of both the catering and private label divisions as well as the day-to-day operations of the Company.

Kate Seewald, Executive Director

Kate started her career with Merri-Makers in 1992. Her responsibilities include implementing strategic goals and objectives of the Company. Additionally, she administers corporate policies and procedures, oversees Merri-Makers administrative staff, structures new venue acquisitions and manages the day-to-day activities and new projects for the company.

Laura DeGennaro, VP Corporate Sales

Laura began her career at Merri-Makers in 1996 and is undoubtedly our Company's leading event consultant. Her attention not only to details but more importantly to her client's wishes, distinguishes her as one of New Jersey's most sought after event planners. Laura possesses the unique ability to join her client's vision with cutting edge trends to make each event spectacular.

Jack McCann III, Executive Chef

International Caterer's Association Chef of the Year, Jack is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. Jack began his career with Merri-Makers in 1991 and has earned the title of Executive Chef. He is in charge of the research and development arm for our private label division as well as menu creation for all catered events. Jack marries his vision of cutting edge culinary trends with our client’s expectations to make each and every event a memorable one. His love of food is expressed through everything created in our kitchen.

Danielle Gomez, General Manager

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Danielle Gomez has been a part of the Merri-Makers team for the past 10 years. Recently Danielle has taken the position of General Manager at the Neshanic Valley Golf Course.
